Yes, indeed much "kudos" for Papa Mau, like "Duke" Paoa K. his Legacy is the Merits-n-Honours that is rightfully presented. Mau Piailug "our-fathered" Grande Master/Teacher unto Oceanic "Way-faring" is the traditional-classic equalivent of Grandfather Duke Paoa Kahanamoku. Here's a "very-good" mana'o we like to share: this "spot-on-target" idea comes from Hawaiian Studies 4th grade "haumana" Kainani Etsuko K. "uncle, auntie- "Let's make a Honors Hall of Fame, with a future Voyaging-n-Wayfinding academy/museum"- "and PaPa Mau will be our first "honoree". "Perhaps, All maritime communities and "traditional-valued" sailing programs may be represented in the future yet to come." In honor of Mau-Sama we like to share a bit of info about the 33 meter G-Cat "Gitana 13" at Sea as we speak; "going for the Tea Route Race record, Hong Kong to London- check it out! Perhaps when we are set and ready to: "Just Sail West"! we can have the future proposed "flotilla" (Fleet of Goodwill for "Aloha" to All Nations) be "Dailed-In" in such the "Safe", "Swift",-n- "Self-suffient" Mode-of-Operation as Team Gitana-OK.the Website: (www.gitana-team.com/en/gitana/index.asp) is where you can go to follow her progress and projected course with VMG ok. Joyfully Sailing & "Have a Surfilicious Day".
